Ratio is a system of five targeted functional shots — Energize, Focus, Recover, Relax, and Sleep. Each 2.5 fl oz shot is formulated with real doses of active ingredients for a specific moment in your day. Zero sugar, natural colors from real food, sweetened with organic stevia.

That's the point of real doses. Energize kicks in within 20–40 minutes, Sleep within 15–30. Focus and Relax work acutely and build with daily use — Lion's Mane and Ashwagandha compound over 2–4 weeks. Every dose is printed on the label, so you can check our math.

Energize: morning or the 2pm wall, 20–40 minutes before you need it. Focus: before deep work — it's caffeine-free, so any time. Recover: within 30 minutes after a workout. Relax: after work or before social plans. Sleep: 20–30 minutes before bed. Don't exceed 2 shots per day, and don't pair Energize with Sleep.

Zero sugar in all five — sweetened with organic stevia. Only Energize contains caffeine (80mg from green tea, paired with L-Theanine for smooth energy without jitters). The other four are caffeine-free.

Ratio is for adults 18+. Don't exceed 2 shots per day. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor first. A few specifics: Sleep shouldn't be taken before driving, Relax contains ashwagandha (consult your doctor if on thyroid medication), and Recover contains bovine collagen, so it isn't vegan.
